LIMITED 90 DAY WARRANTY

Wela Group LLC makes every effort to assure its products meet the highest quality and durability standards and warrants to the original purchaser that its product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or lack of maintenance. In no event shall Wela Group LLC be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damage arising from the use of its product. Some states or countries do not recognize the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY.

To take advantage of this warranty, the product must be returned to us (with shipping/transportation charges prepaid.) Proof of purchase receipt and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the product. You must also clearly and legibly include your name, address and phone contact information. If, on our inspection, we verify a defect, we will either repair or replace the product or elect to refund you the purchase price. If the warranty applies, we will return the repaired product at our expense but if we determine upon inspection that there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state and country to country.
